Established in August 2010, CDL China Limited (CDL China) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of City Developments Limited (CDL), a Singapore-listed international real estate group. As CDL’s dedicated arm in China, CDL China leads the Group’s expansion and oversees all real estate development and investment activities across the country. Singapore-listed City Developments Limited (CDL) is the second largest shareholder and largest foreign strategic investor of Shanghai Distrii Technology Development Co., Ltd. (“Distrii”). CDL has collaborated with Distrii in real estate value-add opportunities and successfully completed the asset enhancement of two properties. This includes Distrii's office space in Republic Plaza in Singapore and overhaul of CDL's office building within Yaojiang International Plaza in Shanghai, China.
